By enhancing effectiveness in providing care to others through knowledge and skill development your agency can improve service. Rhoda Janosik, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is trained to understand mental health issues and conditions which affect the brain and human development. Teri Schuster is a Registered Nurse and understands medical conditions affecting the body. Together they combine “mind & body” knowledge to address issues and to help prepare future caregivers. After an initial personal interview to assess needs and develop a plan, they can maintain on going contact through regular telephone calls. You do not need to leave your home or agency to have knowledge and expertise available to you.
